Responsibilities
- Meet onsite with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions and help drive product adoption and operational impact.
- Present results and future-work proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to inform cross-Palantir product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations.
Requirements
- Active U.S. security clearance at or above the Top Secret level.
- Ability to travel 25–75%, depending on location and team.
- Ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
