Base Salary

$150k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement distributed orchestration infrastructure in Go and Rust.
Build high-performance networking and coordination components.
Create infrastructure automation pipelines and manage cloud resources and container orchestration.
Implement scheduling systems for heterogeneous CPU, GPU, and TPU hardware.
Develop Python backend services, REST APIs, monitoring tools, debugging tools, and user-facing workload-management features.
Build web interfaces and developer tools for AI workload management and monitoring.

Experience with systems programming in Rust and strong Linux systems knowledge, including networking, namespacing, and performance tuning.
Experience with virtualization, including virtual machines, hypervisors, and low-level resource management.
Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for observability.
Strong Python backend development experience, including FastAPI and asynchronous programming.
Experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Tailwind, RESTful API design, developer tools, and dashboards.
Nice-to-have experience includes GPU computing, ML infrastructure, AI/ML model architecture and training, high-performance networking, open-source infrastructure contributions, and WebSocket or real-time systems.

Cash compensation of $150-300k with significant equity incentives.
