Base Salary
$230k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build internal apps for enterprise operations across Finance, People, and GTM.
- Develop MCP connectors and enterprise integrations with robust authentication and permissions.
- Design end-to-end multi-agent workflows with tool routing and human approvals.
- Create data architecture for operational AI systems, including ingestion and governance.
- Implement evals, monitoring, metrics, and regression tests for workflows.
- Develop reusable infrastructure and components for other enterprise teams.
- Collaborate with system and business owners to streamline enterprise workflows.
Requirements
- Strong Python engineering skills for backend services and integrations.
- Proficient in system design for shared infrastructure and app architecture.
- Experience in building internal apps, backend services, and APIs.
- Understanding of enterprise systems, including compliance and auditability.
- Practical experience with AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
- Strong fundamentals in data architecture, including quality and lineage.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
