Responsibilities
- Monitor the health, availability, and performance of planning, allocation, forecasting, inventory, and related digital platforms.
- Support production operations through incident triage, issue investigation, service restoration, and runbook execution.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, batch job, and data-flow issues with engineering, cloud, security, SAP, SAS, and vendor teams.
- Maintain monitoring, alerts, dashboards, deployment validation, and release-readiness activities.
- Support automation and continuous-improvement initiatives using scripting, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise support tools.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Application Operations, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Enterprise Platform Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, monitoring tools, enterprise application support, and IT service management processes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting, troubleshooting, data analysis, or enterprise application support.
- Exposure to Python, PowerShell, automation tools, API integrations, or enterprise planning, retail, supply chain, SAP, SAS Planning, or cloud-based platforms.
