Base Salary

$204k - $235k/yr

Responsibilities

Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for major AI product areas.
Lead automated testing initiatives for AI features and complex microservices.
Design coverage for prompt injection, model hallucinations, performance, and other AI-specific risks.
Use Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, and other AI tools to refactor frameworks, generate synthetic data, and create test suites.
Lead defect triage, analyze model and system behavior, and drive root-cause improvements.
Define and enforce automated quality gates within the CI/CD pipeline.
Report quality metrics and team velocity to stakeholders.
Document AI-testing standards and mentor engineers on generative AI workflows.

5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Development, with significant focus on automated systems and AI-based applications.
Advanced experience using Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, GPT-4, or comparable AI coding assistants and LLMs.
Proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with modern testing frameworks such as Playwright or PyTest.
Experience managing product delivery in an Agile environment with automated quality gates and CI/CD.
Ability to lead initiatives independently from ideation through completion with strategic alignment from leadership.
