Responsibilities
- Develop internal tools for teams developing and supporting AI medical note generation and speech recognition software.
- Work with NLP, NLU, and AI teams to produce training data and quality reports.
- Build and support data pipelines and processing workflows.
- Assist with deployment automation and cloud resource management.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting internal stakeholder products.
- Support speech recognition and improve recognition quality.
- Analyze large, noisy datasets and create data reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and one year of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED and four years of related experience.
- Experience with data pipelines and processing.
- Web development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with Kotlin or Python preferred.
- Experience creating data reports and analyzing large, noisy datasets.
- Experience with a cloud computing platform such as AWS.
- Preferred experience with speech recognition and AI processing of dictation and conversational audio.
- Preferred background in linguistics, particularly phonetics, or medical transcription.
- Preferred expertise in Kotlin, Python, Golang, Typescript, Django, Angular, Ktor, Node, Terraform, and regex.
- Effective communication skills and comfort presenting to groups.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Ireland without sponsorship for employment visa status.
