Responsibilities
- Build and manage a global network of experts to create coding challenges.
- Own the product roadmap for HackerRank’s coding challenge platform and content ecosystem.
- Build and evolve tools that scale content delivery, improve quality, and support emerging technologies.
- Partner with customers to understand their workflows and deliver tailored solutions.
- Use data, automation, and AI to streamline content creation and review processes.
- Ensure every product and feature shipped upholds high standards of fairness, validity, and developer experience.
Requirements
- A strategic yet hands-on product thinker with operational excellence.
- Strong technical foundation across frontend, backend, cloud, AI/ML, and DevOps.
- 3+ years of software development experience in fast-paced environments.
- Adept at working closely with engineers and translating technical problems into product direction.
- Comfortable using product and collaboration tools such as GitHub, JIRA, and Slack.
