Responsibilities

  • Deliver production-grade agent workflows spanning conversational UI, orchestration logic, and tool integrations.
  • Build embedded agent interfaces using AG-UI and CopilotKit.
  • Implement Microsoft Agent Framework orchestration with tool calling, multi-agent patterns, and human-in-the-loop handoffs.
  • Integrate N8N and other low-code automation platforms for workflow edge cases.
  • Develop behavioral, regression, and adversarial evaluations for shipped workflows.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform Engineering on data surfaces, deployment, and observability standards.
  • Contribute reusable platform primitives, templates, and code reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful production depth across front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, including modern .NET, asynchronous patterns, and dependency injection.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
  • Experience shipping at least one production system using LLMs end to end, with real users, reliability constraints, and evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of API design, authentication, asynchronous patterns, and streaming versus request-response tradeoffs.
  • Working knowledge of Azure App Service, AKS, Functions, Key Vault, API Management, and Entra ID, plus comfort writing Bicep infrastructure as code.
  • Experience writing evaluations for non-deterministic systems, including behavioral tests, regression harnesses, and human-rated samples.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, .NET Aspire, Azure Functions hosting, AG-UI, CopilotKit, N8N, Make, Zapier, Foundry Observability, Foundry Evals, Azure DevOps Foundry-evals, platform or developer experience work, enterprise identity and data protection patterns, MCP, and A2A experience.
