Base Salary
$170k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Commure’s healthcare AI platform spanning clinical documentation, billing automation, and clinical intelligence.
- Scale infrastructure supporting large healthcare systems.
- Work across the entire software stack using Python, Flask, Django, FastAPI, and other frameworks.
- Work directly with customers to solve their issues daily.
- Support production environments through alerting, reporting, metrics tracking, and software reliability practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- Professional software development industry experience.
- Strong backend programming skills are preferred.
- Experience in fast-paced environments where software must be shipped quickly is preferred.
- General understanding of containers and cloud technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building production environments.
- Experience with alerting and reporting, metrics tracking, and software reliability engineering.
- Strong product sense, attention to user experience and customer needs, motivation to grow, and leadership skills.
