Responsibilities
- Build and scale LLM-powered product experiences used daily by healthcare professionals across Europe.
- Lead AI initiatives from concept to production and help define technical direction and product strategy.
- Design systems for prompting, orchestration, evaluation, retrieval, agents, speech, and model infrastructure.
- Own projects end to end, including product thinking, architecture, deployment, and production iteration.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to create reliable and practical AI experiences.
- Evaluate and integrate new models, tooling, and infrastructure as the AI ecosystem evolves.
- Improve performance, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency across the AI stack.
- Help shape company-wide AI practices as the platform and team scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2–4 years primarily building and shipping LLM-powered products.
- Strong hands-on experience applying modern LLMs in production environments.
- Experience building agentic workflows or complex multi-step LLM systems.
- Experience leading technical initiatives or owning major AI product areas with substantial autonomy.
- Experience with evaluation pipelines, model monitoring, or AI reliability systems.
- Strong product judgment and an ability to build high-quality software systems end to end.
- Experience working in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity.
- Experience with technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, or similar modern tooling.
- Collaborative, low-ego working style and enthusiasm for the evolving applied AI landscape.
- Bonus: experience with speech-to-text, voice AI, multimodal models, healthcare or regulated industries, or fine-tuning and training LLMs.
