Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support the evolution of the core compute platform, primarily EKS in AWS.
- Design and build reusable tools to boost engineering efficiency.
- Create intuitive platform interfaces to simplify complexity.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify technical improvements.
- Contribute to initiatives enhancing platform performance and reliability.
- Promote software development best practices across the organization.
- Participate in technical initiatives alongside senior team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of software development experience, including internships.
- Interest in designing and optimizing distributed systems.
- Experience with general-purpose programming languages like Java, C#, Python, or Go.
- Experience with multi-tenant cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with significant business impact.
- Understanding of system interactions within a production environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new coding languages and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration experience.
