Base Salary
$90k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Taktile platform and its value for customers.
- Support post-onboarding customers with technical problems and product inquiries.
- Work with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements.
- Leverage AI to create reusable collateral, best practices, tools, and automations.
- Build strong relationships with Taktile's core users within customer teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical role, ideally as a Support or Solutions Engineer.
- Familiarity with AI concepts including prompt engineering and large language models.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
- Clear communication skills in English with diverse customer profiles.
