Base Salary
$110k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with clients to understand their challenges and design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Own high-impact projects from concept and planning through technical implementation with minimal supervision.
- Discuss technical architecture, establish team strategy, and collaborate with engineering, product, and strategy colleagues.
- Wrangle massive-scale data and develop custom web applications for client solutions.
- Communicate with client executives to share progress, gather input, and align priorities.
- Travel to and work with clients at their sites as needed.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with up to 1 year of professional experience in an engineering or technical role.
- Engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Ability to learn continuously, work independently, make decisions with minimal direction, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Interest in using large-scale data to solve business problems and creatively applying technical tools.
- Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
- Willingness to travel as needed, with expected travel of 50–75% depending on team and location.
