Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations.
- Provide technical leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions with internal and external teams.
- Build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Define the Salesforce platform’s technical roadmap and vision with stakeholders and product owners.
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, including continuous integration, deployment, and releases.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Mentor developers and enforce development best practices and code quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including substantial experience as a senior developer and/or architect.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST and SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Proficiency with the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
