Base Salary
$88k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Develop and improve integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using Web Services and APIs.
- Write unit tests and participate in QA and user acceptance testing cycles.
- Investigate and resolve production defects, data issues, and user-reported problems, escalating complex issues with documented findings.
- Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning.
- Participate in code reviews, document configurations and solutions, and follow development standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, and progress reporting.
- Deploy changes through Git-based CI/CD pipelines and contribute to release management and impact analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning frameworks, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns including SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs, plus familiarity with third-party integration tools.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service Lightning.
- Experience with Git-based version control and exposure to CI/CD tooling.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, and Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications are preferred but not required; equivalent demonstrated experience is valued equally.
