Responsibilities
- Act as a primary technical delivery partner for OpenAI partners across EMEA.
- Translate solution designs into deployable, production-ready architectures.
- Support customer time to value through prototyping and integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical expertise is engaged.
- Help partners operationalize solutions addressing scalability and reliability.
- Contribute to reusable deployment patterns and delivery guidance.
- Ensure solutions meet OpenAI’s standards during deployments.
- Capture feedback from deployments to improve delivery playbooks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting or solution delivery.
- Experience delivering large, multi-stakeholder technical projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with production software in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with Generative AI or machine learning solutions.
- Practical experience with the OpenAI platform in delivery contexts.
- Clear communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to take ownership of delivery problems in fast-moving environments.
- Collaborative mindset and enjoyment in working across teams.
