Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the core Android application.
- Help build and scale platform-level architecture and infrastructure.
- Contribute to product design decisions and overall product direction.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Android engineers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of mobile app development experience, including 2 or more years shipping production Android apps professionally.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a startup environment.
- Strong Kotlin expertise, including Jetpack Compose and MVVM or Clean Architecture.
- Experience with protobufs, REST, and gRPC.
- Hands-on experience integrating Firebase Authentication, Firestore or Realtime Database, and Cloud Messaging.
- Proficiency with Android unit, instrumentation, and UI testing strategies.
- Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile app development.
- Demonstrated mentorship or technical leadership with junior engineers.
- Experience building consumer-facing mobile applications rather than exclusively B2B applications.
- Strong university-level computer science or engineering background.
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
