Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications for the fantasy sports product.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using React Native, TypeScript, and related libraries.
- Troubleshoot and debug performance, socket, data caching, and other complex application issues.
- Develop reusable UI components and maintain a well-structured component hierarchy.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services using RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Stay current with React Native advancements, mobile development best practices, and accessibility guidelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of mobile application development experience with React Native as the primary framework.
- Proven ability to develop and implement algorithms or systems professionally, with strong coding skills and knowledge of best practices.
- Experience owning and developing a large-scale product within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and established codebase.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Active participation in fantasy sports leagues.
- Strong mid-level engineers may also be considered.
