Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software design specifications and requirements.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and team members.
- Prepare technical specifications and requirements documentation.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize software applications.
- Lead the design of user-friendly applications aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
- Create testing routines and procedures to ensure software reliability and accuracy.
- Apply mathematical and statistical approaches to solve complex software-project problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex information technology issues.
- Prepare and preprocess data for use in software applications.
- Provide end-user technical support for software maintenance, troubleshooting, and usage questions.
- Evaluate and optimize AI tool usage, validate AI-generated code, establish responsible AI practices, and design agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot software systems and applications.
- Programming experience with languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of software architecture, software testing methods, relational databases, APIs, frameworks, and source code repositories.
- Ability to apply analytical, mathematical, and statistical approaches to complex problems.
- Ability to document technical specifications, requirements, and software information.
- Ability to collaborate inclusively and communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to adopt and use AI tools responsibly, validate AI-generated code, and design AI agent workflows.
