Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build Salesforce solutions using Apex and no-code tools.
- Maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools.
- Contribute to data modeling and architecture decisions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across GTM systems.
- Participate in code reviews and deployment processes.
- Optimize system performance and reduce technical debt.
- Support release planning and contribute to technical roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex programming skills.
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling and system design.
- Experience building integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with integration platforms like Workato or MuleSoft.
- JavaScript experience for building custom user interfaces.
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Experience with version control and deployment tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across integrated systems.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Experience working with Revenue Operations or Sales Operations teams.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.
- Open to using AI to enhance skills and work efficiency.
