Responsibilities
- Configure and build new and enhanced functionality on the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and programmatic solutions.
- Customize and develop Salesforce applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validation Rules, Lightning Components, LWC, and APIs.
- Scope and assess customer requirements, plan and estimate work, and participate in Salesforce implementation projects.
- Collaborate with sales, professional services teams, and clients to deliver acceptable and effective solutions.
- Participate in or lead walkthroughs, demonstrations, design reviews, code inspections, and test inspections.
- Maintain applications and follow team architecture standards and DevOps processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Salesforce experience.
- Experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, LWR, Process Automation, and Triggers.
- Experience with data modeling and management, API development, and external service integration.
- Experience creating Flows, Process Builder automations, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Understanding of Salesforce security models, including OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Experience with Lightning App Builder, Aura Lightning Components, LWC, and LWR.
- Experience with common JavaScript frameworks.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- Working knowledge of REST API, SOAP services, and web services development.
- Exposure to Scrum and Agile product development.
