Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact infrastructure projects.
- Identify and implement memory optimizations and develop tools for understanding memory usage.
- Collaborate with Home Infrastructure teams, especially in London, to deliver projects.
- Propose future investment opportunities for the team.
- Ensure high engineering quality across the team.
- Mentor junior team members as they ramp up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience with C++ or Java.
- Experience with platforms and infrastructure development.
- Experience refactoring and working in legacy systems.
- Experience with memory or other resource optimizations.
- Preferred experience with large, distributed infrastructure and working across multiple systems.
- Preferred on-call experience with production debugging.
