Responsibilities

Lead the technical architecture of enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
Build and orchestrate AI agents and LLM-based workflows for complex, non-linear business processes.
Implement UiPath Document Understanding and Power Platform AI Builder models for semi-structured and unstructured data.
Use Python to extend platform capabilities, create custom APIs, and perform complex data manipulation.
Design high-performance, user-centric Power Apps interfaces for automated workflows.
Manage SQL Server schemas and integrations for automation logs and business data.
Oversee application lifecycle management, deployment, security, and scalability of automation assets.

Expert-level proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
Proven experience with UiPath Document Understanding, Power Platform AI Builder, and building AI agents.
Advanced Python experience for automation, data science, or API integration.
Strong SQL skills, including relational design, complex joins, and stored procedures.
Experience building Canvas and model-driven Power Apps.
Solution architecture experience overseeing infrastructure, security, and scalability.
Preferred: a product mindset, ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and experience in a Center of Excellence environment.
