Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, deploy, and monitor AI-powered applications, agents, and automations.
- Use Model Context Protocol concepts to securely connect AI tools and agents to internal systems.
- Build and orchestrate AI-driven workflows with n8n or similar tooling, combining LLM reasoning with business logic.
- Explore AI use cases in SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Global Identity and Access Management.
- Contribute to technical design, documentation, IT risk assessments, responsible-AI reviews, and enterprise architecture alignment.
- Support the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and prototyping through testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Troubleshoot complex AI-driven solutions and collaborate with international cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Around 7–10 years of overall software or solution development experience building AI-powered applications, automations, or agents.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol or similar AI-agent integration approaches.
- Practical experience with n8n or comparable workflow automation and orchestration platforms.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors and an understanding of core HR processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow workflow and automation capabilities.
- Familiarity with Global Identity and Access Management concepts and AI-enhanced IAM capabilities.
- Understanding of API integration, OAuth2, SSO, authentication and authorization, and secure design practices.
- Experience across requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-interaction skills.
