Responsibilities
- Architect large language models, including neural network configurations and scalable training and deployment architectures.
- Build and implement knowledge graph, AI, semantic, ontology, and graph-based machine learning solutions.
- Design and configure end-to-end data pipelines for AI and LLM applications.
- Work across ingestion, modeling, curation, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance of knowledge graph and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, research, product, UI design, delivery, client, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead architectural strategies, contribute to decisions across multiple teams, and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Mentor junior engineers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and guide team development.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data integration, data architecture, and performance issues.
- Support client relationships, assemble evidence for semantic-layer recommendations, and contribute to sales efforts when requested.
- Maintain current knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, multimodal models, and agentic technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, including at least 5 years with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 15 years of full-time education.
- At least 2 years of experience with knowledge graph technologies such as RDF, SPARQL, LPG, and SHACL.
- At least 2 years of experience in schema design, ontology management, and knowledge graph curation.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and developing knowledge graph solutions and graph-based machine learning models.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing end-to-end data pipelines for AI applications, especially LLMs.
- At least 2 years of experience with relational databases, object stores, graph databases, and vector databases, including Stardog, Neo4j, and Amazon Neptune.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- At least 2 years of Python experience, including frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and ETL tools such as Apache NiFi and Airflow.
- Practical experience with NLP or search techniques, prompt engineering, enterprise-scale LLM applications, diverse machine learning techniques, and agentic systems.
- Team lead experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and external client-facing consulting experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services and Data Science is preferred.
