Responsibilities
- Design and implement architectural strategies for large language models, including neural network configurations and scalable training and deployment architectures.
- Build AI, semantic, and knowledge graph components across ingestion, modeling, curation, and deployment.
- Design and maintain ontologies and develop knowledge graph solutions using graph-based and machine learning approaches.
- Design end-to-end data pipelines and scalable data architectures for AI and machine learning workloads.
- Collaborate with engineering, research, product, design, delivery, and client teams to integrate solutions into broader systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior engineers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and guide team development.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex data integration and performance issues.
- Support client-facing consulting activities and Accenture sales efforts when requested.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, including at least 5 years with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- 15 years of full-time education and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience with knowledge graph technologies such as RDF, SPARQL, LPG, and SHACL.
- At least 2 years of experience in schema design, ontology management, and knowledge graph curation.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and developing knowledge graph solutions and graph-based machine learning models.
- At least 1 year of experience implementing end-to-end data pipelines for AI applications, especially LLMs.
- At least 2 years of experience with relational, object, graph, and vector databases, including Stardog, Neo4j, and Amazon Neptune.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- At least 2 years of Python experience, with familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ETL tools such as Apache NiFi and Airflow.
- Practical experience with NLP or search techniques, prompt engineering, enterprise LLM applications, ML techniques, and agentic systems.
- Experience leading teams, collaborating across engineering, research, and product teams, and working with external clients in consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, cloud-based data storage, scalable machine learning architectures, data processing pipelines, and optimization techniques.
