Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the iOS team as technical lead.
- Engage directly with the customer.
- Drive native iOS development on a complex publishing project.
- Collaborate with other teams contributing to the same codebase.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and encourage the team to use them.
- Take ownership of delivery and support the team.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience at senior or lead level.
- Strong hands-on experience in native iOS development.
- Proven experience as a technical lead who leads and guides a team.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Experience working on a shared codebase with multiple teams.
- Hands-on use of AI and agents.
- A proactive approach and ability to take ownership.
- Desirable: experience in the publishing domain.
- Desirable: working knowledge of LangChain or similar LLM frameworks, including RAG and agents.
- Desirable: experience building AI-powered iOS features, including integrating LLM services and using Core ML or Apple Intelligence.
