Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in large-scale data processing applications.
- Perform performance tuning, analyze logs and system metrics, and support cluster resource management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for a knowledge base.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance system stability and performance.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Apache Spark is required.
- Proficiency in Apache Spark is required.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing frameworks.
- Experience troubleshooting and performance tuning large-scale data processing applications.
- Familiarity with cluster management and resource allocation in big data environments.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
