Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI systems against responsible, ethical, sustainable, and performance benchmarks.
- Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for AI risks and compliance gaps.
- Lead initiatives to develop and implement frameworks supporting ethical AI usage.
- Manage and collaborate with teams while contributing to decisions across multiple teams.
- Monitor, evaluate, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI systems throughout their lifecycle.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training on responsible AI practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Generative AI is required.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Python, Large Language Models, and AI Agents & Workflow Integration is required.
- Experience designing and deploying AI models with ethical considerations and risk mitigation is required.
- Ability to analyze complex AI systems and develop responsible AI compliance strategies is required.
- Familiarity with AI lifecycle management, including monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement, is required.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI practices into workflows is required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to AI system performance and ethical compliance are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
