Responsibilities
- Design and build high-performance backend systems in Go.
- Solve engineering problems involving concurrency, distributed systems, scalability, performance, and fault tolerance.
- Own capabilities from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Integrate new data sources, storage systems, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.
- Influence platform architecture and technical direction as the platform scales.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps/SRE teams to deliver reliable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on Go expertise using Go as a primary language for production software.
- Experience designing and building complex backend or distributed systems that operate reliably at scale.
- Strong knowledge of concurrency, distributed-system design, performance optimization, fault tolerance, and system reliability.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills for investigating production, performance, and system-level problems.
- Experience taking technical solutions from design through production with ownership of quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to architecture and technical decisions.
