Responsibilities
- Analyze business and user needs and design appropriate solutions in collaboration with business and cross-functional colleagues.
- Develop backend, frontend, and integration functionality with an emphasis on clean design and maintainability.
- Participate in architectural decisions and influence the technical direction of the product or domain.
- Solve complex technical problems end to end across the solution lifecycle.
- Automate builds, testing, and deployments.
- Improve the performance, security, quality, and operability of the product.
- Support the product throughout its lifecycle under a you-build-it-you-run-it model.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze requirements and design sensible technical solutions.
- Experience selecting, analyzing, modifying, or creating data using SQL-related tools.
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and Kafka messaging.
- Ability to collaborate in a team and communicate across roles, including in English.
- Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and improve product quality.
- Object-oriented development experience, ideally with React, Java, or Kotlin, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automation tools such as GitHub Actions is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud environments is advantageous.
- Ability and willingness to use AI tools during analysis, design, and development.
