Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of user stories into scalable technical designs.
- Architect and design secure solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
- Ensure 100% unit test coverage and maintain an automated test regression suite.
- Conduct thorough Pull Request reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Manage the deployment cycle, documenting changes and resolving test issues.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional global teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering principles with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and CPQ domains.
- Expertise in AI agent frameworks and data processing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security features and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
