Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and App Engine projects.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems.
- Support data integrity, security, privacy, system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow development, configuration, and performance issues.
- Create technical documentation, including system designs, implementation plans, and user guides.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Design dashboards and reports and assist with user training.
Requirements
- College or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Three to five years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Technical experience with ServiceNow upgrades and patching and experience deploying new platform installations.
- Expertise with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM including SAM and HAM, GRC, SecOPS, IRM, and CSM modules.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment practices.
- Proficiency in English; French is an asset.
- Active Secret clearance is requested.
