Responsibilities
- Shape the security architecture of the platform from data handling to customer deployments.
- Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews to identify and prioritize risks.
- Drive the offensive security program by stress-testing the platform against real adversaries.
- Build tooling and automation to scale security across the company.
- Partner with engineers to instill secure-by-default practices.
- Own the security guarantees presented to enterprise customers.
- Lead incident response efforts including detection and containment.
- Build and grow the security teams as the company expands.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform security and cyber defense.
- Exceptional ability to identify flaws and think like an attacker.
- Strong grasp of offensive security and risk anticipation.
- Experience shipping secure software to production.
- Strong judgment in identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities.
- Ability to reduce risk through secure design and simplicity.
- Energized by ambiguity and high autonomy.
