Responsibilities
- Provide technical vision and planning for front-end development across Criteo.
- Develop, maintain, and review shared libraries, SDKs, tools, and the Criteo Design System.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to drive adoption and consistent usage of the front-end stack.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to improve the design system.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Consult with developers on front-end development, UI/UX, and application performance.
- Promote front-end best practices and stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience as a front-end developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Preferred: experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Preferred: familiarity with asynchronous request handling and front-end build tools and testing frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills.
