Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement EHR or EMR integrations for Axle Health's platform.
- Architect high-volume backend systems for reliable patient support.
- Develop and evolve API integrations focusing on performance and security.
- Lead technical design discussions and drive engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with and provide technical leadership to other engineers.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to enhance their skills.
- Write clear documentation to share knowledge within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expertise in backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Ability to architect scalable and secure systems.
- Strong technical communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
