Responsibilities
- Translate customer workflows and ambiguous business needs into requirements, architecture, acceptance criteria, and software solutions.
- Use AI for research, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and optimization while reviewing and validating its output.
- Develop and operate full-stack applications using React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Build cloud applications and scalable infrastructure using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, CloudFront, ALB, Route 53, ACM, and related services.
- Develop multi-tenant websites and manage customer-owned domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and business workflows.
- Integrate external services including Twilio, WhatsApp Business Platform, Amazon Connect, Google Analytics, and other APIs.
- Diagnose production issues across the technology stack and automate repetitive engineering and deployment processes.
- Investigate and experiment with new AI models, tools, APIs, and architectures.
Requirements
- Requires 3+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
- Strong experience with modern full-stack application development, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and databases.
- Experience developing REST APIs, production applications, and debugging production systems.
- Experience with Git, modern software development workflows, cloud-based application architecture, APIs, integrations, and CI/CD.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI effectively in software development and to work across the full technology stack.
- Preferred experience includes AWS cloud development and operations, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, MongoDB Atlas, Playwright, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Twilio, WhatsApp Business Platform, Amazon Connect, AWS End User Messaging, SES, DNS automation, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, Mobile WebViews, Cursor, and AI coding agents.
