Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications and services using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, REST, XML, and HTTP.
- Deliver features and integrations, write maintainable code, and create unit, integration, and regression tests.
- Design components within existing architecture and participate in design and code reviews.
- Build integrations between third-party products such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Nuxeo/Hyland DAM and existing infrastructure.
- Support performance, reliability, monitoring, and incident resolution for high-utilization 24x7 systems, including participation in on-call rotation.
- Diagnose defects, address technical debt, troubleshoot build and deployment failures, and work within CI/CD and version-control practices.
- Apply secure engineering, authentication, accessibility, and FERPA-compliant student-data practices.
- Gather requirements from internal customers, identify risks and dependencies, document technical solutions, and collaborate with peers and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience at the hiring manager's discretion.
- At least 3 years of experience building web applications and services in software development.
- Experience with Java/Spring Boot and/or Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Angular, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- At least 1 year of experience with AWS or another cloud platform.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Nuxeo/Hyland or comparable ECM/DAM platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, data integration or ETL, AWS Athena, Salesforce or ServiceNow integrations, accessibility testing with axe-core, Playwright, or Cypress, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
