Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the architecture and development of loan origination, loan servicing, and customer-facing applications.
  • Design and implement APIs, middleware services, backend systems, and integrations with internal and external tools such as Twilio Flex.
  • Ensure assigned software projects are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with distributed and multi-tier architecture practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, pairing sessions, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Support automation and continuous integration strategies to improve development efficiency and reliability.
  • Help modernize legacy systems and improve platform scalability.
  • Collaborate across teams, explain technical concepts clearly, and mentor peers on modern development practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience developing enterprise-grade applications in .NET, with the posting describing a typical range of 3–5+ years.
  • Strong skills in T-SQL, C#, and the .NET Framework, including backend service design.
  • Understanding of distributed systems and multi-tier application architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with WPF/XAML, LINQ, MVVM, and WebAPI.
  • Experience with RESTful API design, JSON, and XML integrations.
  • Exposure to React or Angular is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with DevOps practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and interest in mentoring peers.
