Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, maintain, test, debug, document, and support Oracle CC&B applications and related interfaces.
- Design and deliver application enhancements, integrations, and system improvements.
- Lead and support complex projects by managing priorities, tracking risks and issues, and providing stakeholder status updates.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, operations, and development teams to define solutions aligned with organizational standards.
- Support functional specifications, data-related deliverables, quality assurance testing, implementation, and transition-to-sustainment activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and advocate for business needs throughout solution delivery.
- Provide production support and serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise application issues.
Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a two-year technical diploma combined with relevant experience.
- At least six years of experience in IT application development and enterprise application support.
- Strong Java development and Java Web Services expertise.
- Advanced SQL development skills, including query optimization, and experience with Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of XML, data integration concepts, Linux operating systems, scripting, and Eclipse.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems, develop solutions, work independently, and perform as a subject matter expert.
- Strong communication, collaboration, customer focus, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Oracle CC&B experience and Java Server Pages experience are considered assets.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
