Base Salary
$225k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop architecture components for the Workspace ONE Intelligence Platform.
- Participate in requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, and technical guidance to peers.
- Drive API design excellence, including versioning, performance, usability, and REST versus GraphQL decisions.
- Support on-call responsibilities and identify opportunities to improve their efficiency.
- Own engineering initiatives and promote high ownership, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Require 7+ years of software engineering experience, including strong experience architecting and designing cloud services.
- Require proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
- Require experience with microservice architectures and high-performance, high-scale systems.
- Require experience with cloud services, preferably AWS and services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, and OpenSearch.
- Require familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Prefer experience with AI-driven, agent-based, or MCP-enabled automation and developer workflow solutions.
- Require proficiency in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes and familiarity with Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
- Require strong problem-solving, technical leadership, communication, collaboration, and continuous-learning abilities.
- Require a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
