Base Salary
$203k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-native platforms and AI-first experiences for enterprise users.
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and pursuing key organizational opportunities.
- Perform hands-on development across 70–85% of the software development lifecycle.
- Design, analyze, synthesize, and deliver software and services for large-scale distributed systems.
- Conduct design and code reviews and create technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to solve complex cross-functional problems and deliver end-to-end quality.
- Estimate activities, sequence work, and identify dependencies for project planning.
- Debug and monitor applications and support real-time stream processing.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of core development experience.
- Advanced experience with Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Stream, Kafka, Kubernetes, GitHub, JUnit 4/5, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, Aurora PostgreSQL, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Apache Flink or Apache Spark.
- Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with SageMaker, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, Python, and agentic engineering.
- Experience working with large-scale distributed systems and data tools or frameworks such as PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Experience with debugging and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Wavefront.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and CI/CD, plus familiarity with Agile development teams and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, collaboration, and technical documentation skills.
- Knowledge of applied AI and experience with real-time stream processing are advantageous.
