$203k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and pursuing key opportunities across the organization.
- Develop AI-native platforms and full-stack user experiences or backend solutions for enterprise users.
- Perform hands-on development across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end technology and customer experiences.
- Conduct design and code reviews and create technical documentation.
- Analyze inputs, identify dependencies, and estimate and sequence activities for project plans.
- Debug and monitor software and contribute to real-time stream-processing solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of core software development experience.
- Advanced experience with Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Stream, Kafka, Kubernetes, GitHub, JUnit 4/5, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services, including EC2, OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, Aurora PostgreSQL, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Apache Flink or Apache Spark.
- Full-stack development experience with AI technologies and tools, including SageMaker, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, and agentic engineering.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems, applied AI, data tools, Spark frameworks, and technologies such as PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Experience with debugging and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Wavefront.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices and CI/CD, plus real-time stream-processing experience as an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences and work effectively in Agile development teams.
