Base Salary
$75k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale end-to-end production systems for a complex B2B product.
- Own features from conception through launch and iteration.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand problems and drive solutions.
- Build shared abstractions and experiences that make complex products intuitive.
- Improve engineering quality through code, reviews, and clear communication.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience building end-to-end production systems for B2B products and owning features through launch.
- Demonstrate strong full-stack fundamentals across user interfaces, backend systems, and data stores.
- Be proficient with TypeScript and React for frontend development.
- Be proficient with Node.js and Python for backend development.
- Have experience with relational databases such as Postgres and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Have experience with GCP for cloud infrastructure and deployment.
- Have experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, or large-scale data systems.
- Bring a background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder with high agency.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with BigQuery, GitHub Actions CI/CD, and observability tools such as Datadog.
- Experience in FP&A, finance technology, or data integration is a bonus.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and take a pragmatic approach to tooling.
