Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, scale, and migrate front-end and back-end web platform services and content management systems.
- Contribute to technical architecture, design decisions, roadmap execution, documentation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, senior engineers, and architects to complete sprint and triage commitments.
- Identify risks, develop mitigations, and support incident, release, problem, and change management processes.
- Coach and mentor teammates while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building, maintaining, and scaling highly available and performant web platforms.
- Deep expertise in ReactJS and NodeJS with experience using Java or a similar language for modern web applications.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Git, and complex cloud solutions, preferably AWS.
- Ability to drive project and product success in Agile environments through strategic thinking, communication, and decisive action.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of least privilege, application structure, object-oriented programming patterns, CI/CD environments, Terraform, CloudFormation, incident and release processes, and headless WordPress or other content management tools.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others and working effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
