Base Salary
$140k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build backend services and frontend components to deliver complete product experiences.
- Contribute to the incrementality product and its evolution into a scalable experimentation platform.
- Build near-real-time data ingestion and processing capabilities.
- Develop AI-powered workflows for marketers to evaluate performance and act on insights.
- Improve connection-state systems and extend the partner ecosystem for data ingestion and exports.
- Work on product areas including role-based access control and contribute to frontend development as needed.
- Own implementations from defined product requirements through production in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building backend services, APIs, or data-processing systems in Python.
- Exposure to distributed systems or microservices and an interest in larger system architectures.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and data scientists.
- Experience turning product requirements into production-ready code in a fast-moving or early-stage environment.
- Ability to investigate unfamiliar datasets and interconnected tables to trace issues and dependencies.
- Working frontend experience with React and TypeScript; deep frontend specialization is not required.
- Strong coding fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and comfort using AI as an accelerator rather than a substitute for core skills.
- A generalist mindset and willingness to work across backend, frontend, pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Data-intensive backend engineering experience combined with shipped frontend work is considered a strong fit.
