Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions while leading teams through design and delivery.
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management solutions end to end.
- Build and extend Sales Agreements, Service Contracts, Entitlements, terms, clauses, and contract templates.
- Configure contract authoring, negotiation, approval, renewal, amendment, and expiry workflows.
- Model pricing terms, discounts, commitments, and entitlement consumption and align CLM objects with product and account models.
- Develop JavaScript scripts, business rules, script includes, ACLs, and scoped applications.
- Support contract data migration, environment setup, update set and pipeline deployment, and release activities.
- Triage CLM defects, perform root-cause analysis, and support SIT, UAT, and hypercare.
- Support ServiceNow CSM configuration, including case management, account and product models, agent experiences, and portals.
- Build IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP integrations with CRM, billing, CPQ, and order-management systems.
- Implement automation with Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Now Assist.
- Support CPQ, Quote-to-Order, and Order Management processes, including order capture, decomposition, and orchestration.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow CLM development and configuration experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Agreements, Service Contracts, Entitlements, and contract lifecycle workflows.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, scripting, and scoped application development.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, OMT/SOMT data concepts, product models, and account models.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, REST and SOAP integrations, and Flow Designer automation.
- Knowledge of the Configure Price Quote concept.
- Mandatory ServiceNow CSA and CIS-CSM certifications.
- Preferred experience includes telecommunications, telecom product catalog management, OMT/SOMT order orchestration, Quote-to-Order processes, Logik CPQ integration, and ServiceNow ATF automated testing.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow CAD, SOMT Accreditation, and other relevant ServiceNow implementation certifications.
