Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop reliable C++ flight software for spacecraft, satellite buses, and reentry capsules across entire missions.
- Write structured bare-metal, RTOS-based, and Linux-based software for embedded processors.
- Own software design, testing, integration, verification, and validation.
- Scope projects, capture requirements, and perform initial design trades for open-ended problems.
- Support spacecraft software quality, performance, and flight operations in a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or equivalent technical experience in safety-critical software.
- At least 5 years of experience developing spacecraft or similar safety-critical software.
- Experience developing in C++ and strong understanding of C++ language concepts.
- Preferred qualifications include end-to-end spacecraft development and launch experience, real-time embedded systems, aerospace safety-critical software, CCSDS telemetry and telecommand, F' or cFS, Python, Rust, analog and digital electronics, SPI, I2C, CAN, and EtherCAT.
- Must be a U.S. person permitted to access export-controlled technology without an export license.
