Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects across the software development lifecycle from exploration to launch.
- Build and improve APIs, services, and interfaces for Benchling's ecosystem.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and develop scalable software solutions.
- Evolve the platform by sharing ideas and contributing to technical decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and ensure system reliability and usability.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- A prior software engineering internship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to iterate on feedback.
- Desire to take ownership of building key product and platform components.
- Ability to build software with a product-first approach and ship code quickly.
