Base Salary
$190k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for complex partner launches and serve as the engineering lead across teams.
- Ship and contribute code to the core product, scaling features across platforms to drive partner growth and adoption.
- Design new integration patterns, interfaces, and end-to-end systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, GTM, Product, engineering, and Partner Engineering teams to align scope and identify product gaps.
- Remove friction in integrations and partner support through new features and improved tooling.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience and a track record of shipping production-quality code.
- Experience building end-to-end backend systems with flexibility to work across the stack.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability and desire to represent Parafin with external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute in ambiguous environments.
- Prior founder or entrepreneurial experience is a bonus.
- Experience working directly with enterprise or strategic customers is a bonus.
- Experience building platforms and features for public use, such as public APIs and demo sandbox environments, is a bonus.
