Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure enterprise applications using Mendix.
- Create complex domain models, microflows, business logic, user interfaces, and solution architectures.
- Integrate Mendix applications with enterprise systems and external platforms using REST, SOAP, OData, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Develop custom actions, connectors, platform extensions, widgets, and front-end enhancements.
- Apply performance optimization, security configuration, scalability, maintainability, and enterprise development standards.
- Drive end-to-end implementation from concept and design through deployment and project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams and manage stakeholder and customer expectations.
- Contribute to technical excellence, knowledge sharing, application reliability, and reduction of technical debt.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering at least 3–4 end-to-end Mendix projects from design through deployment.
- Strong expertise in Mendix Studio Pro, advanced application development, performance optimization, and security configuration.
- Ability to independently design and implement Mendix-based solution architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Java for custom actions, connectors, and platform extensions.
- Experience with JavaScript, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS for custom widgets and front-end enhancements.
- Experience with relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of application scalability, maintainability, enterprise architecture, and integration patterns.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Mendix Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory or preferred for most engagements; Mendix Expert Certification is highly desirable.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, Agile development methodologies, cloud deployment models, and enterprise application modernization is preferred.
- Experience working with global teams and enterprise digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
