Responsibilities

Design and develop complex systems including data processing pipelines, APIs, and client integrations.
Build and scale cloud infrastructure for high availability, performance, and security.
Influence technical direction through hands-on engineering, system design, and documentation.
Collaborate with clinicians, designers, and other stakeholders to solve product problems effectively.
Contribute to backend and frontend systems using Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes.
Drive features and improvements from design through production and continuously improve tooling, practices, and code quality.
Support and grow engineers through code reviews, design feedback, knowledge sharing, and strategic guidance.

Strong track record of delivering technical projects end-to-end in a fast-moving product environment.
Solid experience building and deploying scalable backend systems.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
Strong product mindset, ownership, proactivity, collaboration, and communication skills.
Ability to contribute to technical and product discussions.
Bonus: experience with LLM-based applications, streaming audio, transcription, real-time media pipelines, authentication systems, Kubernetes, Azure, TypeScript, React, open-source projects, technical communities, or health-tech.
